Welcome to Marina Rubicón, a premier sailing destination located in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. At the end of January 2025, this stunning and well known iQFOiL venue will host the International Games #1, kicking off the year with exciting windsurfing action.
Known for its reliable trade winds, crystal-clear waters, and year-round sunshine, Marina Rubicón offers ideal conditions for high-level competition. Set against the backdrop of Lanzarote’s volcanic landscapes and vibrant marine life, this venue promises, as always, an unforgettable experience for athletes and spectators alike.
It will also be the very first time that the iQFOiLers will be sailing with the new sails (7.3 for the women and 8.0 for the men) at the very start of the Olympiad towards Los Angeles in 2028.
